The review period is 27 working days.
In order to conclude an investment contract, an investor must submit an application in the form established by the state to the authorized investment body - the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with the attachment of all necessary documents specified in the Order of the Acting Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2015 No. 1281. The application for granting investment preferences shall be submitted on the E-licensing (e-license) web portal.
